Kibum and Heechul real reason for not participating is because of acting.
In kiss the radio just now ,during the call out,Heechul said both him and Kibum can't participare because of drama and movie.
They have to meet up with the director so they can't participate.

BTW If anyone were wondering why Heechul and Kibum didn't dance in much part it is because Heechul leg is hurting and Kibum was visiting his mother which is sick in the US when Nick and Trent were teaching them the dance steps.So he's still learning now.I wish his mother will recover soon. :)
